By submitting your inquiry or lead through Google Ads or any other channel, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Admission & Use of Website

1.1. Eligibility

You affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to submit inquiries and participate in our courses.

1.2. Purpose of Use
IFA’s website and services are intended solely for educational and informational purposes. Any misuse or manipulation of the site, including unsolicited advertising or spam, is strictly prohibited.

2. Enrollment & Service Offerings

2.1. Course Inquiries & Registration
Your inquiry through Google Ads does not constitute enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only upon completion of the payment process and acceptance of enrolment terms, which may vary per program.

2.2. Scope of Courses
IFA offers professional-level courses in Acting, Modeling, Dance (including Zumba), Yoga, and associated disciplines, all delivered ad-free and designed to meet industry standards.

3. Ad-Free Policy

IFA strictly maintains an ad-free learning environment. You will not encounter any third-party advertisements during your learning experience or course-related activities unless explicitly communicated and agreed upon in writing.

4. Payment & Non-Refundable Policy

4.1. Fees and Payments
All course-related details including fees, schedules, and payment methods will be shared upon enrollment. Payment methods may include online transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, or bank deposit.

4.2. Non-Refundable Policy
ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO IFA ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes payments made for course registration, enrollment, classes, workshops, or any related services. Under no circumstances, whether withdrawal, cancellation, or non-attendance, shall refunds be issued.

4.3. No Credit or Transfer
Payments cannot be held as credit or transferred to another course, batch, or individual, unless expressly granted by IFA’s management in exceptional cases.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

5.1. Cancellation by Student
Students are encouraged to notify us at least [insert reasonable notice period, e.g. 14 days] before the course start to explore rescheduling options. However, any such changes are subject to availability and at IFA’s sole discretion. No refunds will be granted.

5.2. Rescheduling by IFA
IFA reserves the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel any course for logistical, administrative, or other reasons. In such cases, affected students will be offered alternate schedules or batches without additional cost. No refunds apply.

5.3. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend scheduled sessions does not entitle students to refunds or credits.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Course Materials
All materials—syllabi, videos, choreography, scripts, course outlines—are owned by IFA and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. Use of Student Works
Students retain rights to work they create, but grant IFA permission to use such works (e.g. photos, videos, portfolios) for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes, unless they notify us in writing of their objection.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

7.1. Educational Purpose Only
While IFA strives for excellence, it offers no guarantee of personal or professional success, placements, or specific outcomes. Success depends on individual effort, abilities, and external factors beyond IFA’s control.

7.3. “Ad-Free” Clause Only
IFA’s ad-free guarantee extends only to actual course delivery and materials provided by the academy. It does not extend to third-party platforms like search engines or social media, which may display ads beyond IFA’s control.

8. Modifications to Terms

IFA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms are effective immediately upon posting. Continued inquiry, enrollment, or participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Policy

1.1. All payments made towards admission, registration, course fees, workshops, or any service offered by IFA are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

1.2. Once payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, adjusted, or refunded—even in cases of non-attendance, withdrawal, or dissatisfaction.

2. Cancellation by Student

2.1. Students who choose to cancel their enrollment before or during the course will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2. If a student fails to attend scheduled classes or workshops (“no-show”), no refund, adjustment, or rescheduling rights will be granted.

3. Rescheduling & Batch Transfers

3.1. Rescheduling requests may be considered at IFA’s sole discretion and only if alternative batches are available.

3.2. Payments cannot be transferred to another student, course, or future batch without prior written approval from IFA management.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by IFA

4.1. IFA reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any course/workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, trainer availability, technical/logistical issues).

4.2. In such cases, students will be offered an alternate schedule or batch at no extra cost. However, refunds will not be issued.

5. Workshops & Short Programs

5.1. Special events, guest sessions, and workshops are also covered under this non-refundable policy.

5.2. Seats are limited and once booked, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. Force Majeure

IFA is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions). No refunds will apply in such cases.
